As part of the Title V Operating Permit Renewal Application process, SRVSA is required to conduct a public hearing pursuant to C.13:1D-160 of the Environmental Justice Law and Administrative Order 2021-25.  The following are documents related to that process.

The public comment period began November 8, 2023.  The public comment period was scheduled to close January 6, 2024, but at the request of the public, the public comment period has been extended an additional 30 days and closed on February 5, 2024.
